  Sheriff's Sale.

  By virtue of an order of sale and foreclosure of mortgage, loaned out of the District Court of the 7th Judicial District, in and for Sonoma County, State of California, against James M. Case, Mary M. Case, Wm. A. Buster, James E. Crane and Joseph Browning, and in favor of Charles W. Brown, duly attested and to me directed, on the 7th day of February, A. D. 1857, I am commanded and required to proceed to notice for sale, and to sell the premises hereinafter described to wit: Lot No. one hundred and eighty-six, and the most Northerly half of Lot No. one hundred and eighty-seven, in the town of Santa Rosa, in the County of Sonoma, and State of California, together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.  
  Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the 7th day of March A. D. 1857, between the hours of 9 o'clock A. M., and 4 o'clock of that day, I will sell the described property, for cash, in front of the Courthouse door, in Santa Rosa.
