Friends of Spring Hill Cemetery,
Seven of us gathered under cool, foggy skies for yesterday's workday. As this was the last workday of the year, we focused on clearing the fall leaves, raking paths, and getting the cemetery in shape for winter. Although covered in fall leaves, the cemetery was in pretty good shape. We actually got the paths cleaned up and the debris hauled away early, stopping about 11:30. You can see from the last photo that the cemetery looks lovely, and is ready for winter rains.
This was the last workday of this year, but we will be starting back up in February 2023. I will keep you posted. Also, the Canine Forensic group should be coming soon for a resurvey, but we have not gotten the details yet.
