Isaac Beaver, b. in Madison Co., Va., Jan. 5, 1793, d. day 31, 1847, after an illness of about 6 days; interred in public burying ground, Perry twp., Shelby Co., O.; m. Feb. 1, 1821, in Shenandoah City, Va., by A. C. Booton to Rachel (daughter of Engle Bowyer), b. in Clupper Co., Va., March 12, 1800, d. Nov. 13, 1839, after an illness of about 7 hours of spasmodic colic; was interred in the public burying ground near Witmers, Perry twp. Shelby Co., O. On Nov. 6, 1821, Isaac Beaver and wife moved from Virginia to Mad River twp., Champaign Co., O. Isaac Beaver's Bible contained the above and the following record of his children [p. 612]. Left by Martha Beaver Steinberger to her eldest son. A. Steinberger, and received from R. H. Beaver, Tulare, Calif., Nov. 26, 1928. Issue 8 children.
