Listed in Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery, 1853-1997 (Heritage Books Inc. / Sonoma County Genealogical Society, Inc., Santa Rosa, CA: June 1997), p. 184 as Ellen S. Wells, a "school teacher in SR," and being buried in plot VI-21 of the Stanley. She was born in 1855 and died 26 Feb 1944 at 88 years. Her father is listed as James McReynolds, VA, her mother as Mary Frances Gauldin, MO, and her husband as John William Wells. A Mrs. Florence Laucena, SR is listed as being the informant for her burial information. |
