  "... I believe the Tibitha (Tabitha) Beall who married William Hudspeth to be the daughter of Nathan and Sarah Beall who immigrated to Marion county (now), Ky. around 1800 from Md. Nathan father is Joseph Beall who married Rachel Howard. Joseph is believed to be one of the 12 Judges of Frederick County Court of Maryland who repudiated the Stamp Act...."
