February 3, 1870 edition:
Evalena, a little daughter of A.H. HEFFRON, of Bodega, aged about 2 years, was recently fatally scalded by a kettle of hot water being overturned upon her. She lingered eleven days after the acident, suffering intense pain. The funeral was largely attended by the friends and neighbors of the family
(Petaluma Argus).
Born to Mr./Mrs. A.H. HEFFRON, Bodega, Mar. 31, 1873, son.

WILLIAM D. KELLY DEAD
William D. Kelly passed away recently at his home in Spring hill at the age of seventy years. He was a well known resident of that vicinity and his los is greatly felt. A widow and an adopted son survive. The funeral was conducted by Rev. F. R. Winsor pastor of the Sebastopol Methodist Episcopal Church and the remains were laid to rest in Spring Hill Cemetery.

From Sebastopol Times, 23 March 1923 (from Sebastopol library, page and col. not given) [this was a Friday; services held 21 March 1923]:
Funeral Service for Pioneer Near Century Mark
Funeral services for the late Moses Park Marsh were held Wednesday afternoon at the O'Leary Funeral Parlors. Interment was in the Spring Hill cemetery.
Mr. Marsh was one of the oldest residents of Sonoma county. He was a the centry [sic] mark, being 91 years and 8 months of age at the time of his passing.
Until recently Mr. Marsh had been a resident of the Freestone section. He passed away at the home of his son, Ira M. Marsh, in Santa Rosa, where he had made his home of late.
