According to Elaine Z. Minney, a granddaughter, Richard Fulkerson believed this woman to be a descendant of George Washington. I have not come across any information yet about Theodore Davis' life in early Kentucky, however the Davis Family connection to Washington is viewed as suspect by most Washington family genealogists.
