Notes:

She was 14 years of age, when she came to Santa Rosa in 1853 by ox-driven wagon, with her parents as members of the Hagans-Cockrill immigration.

Appears listed in Dr. Baker's Harrison Cockrill family list as Adaline, and apparently was more commonly known as Adaline Cockrill.
In Jeanne Miller's tentative family record for Harrison’s family, she also lists an Adeline Cockrill as Levina Stovall's child, however curiously, she lists her dying before 1853.
There is the name Cynthia A. Winchell on the “Chinatown” Deed, Sonoma County Deeds, Book 61 Page 48, but she does not appear in 1860 Census for Sonoma, nor is there a marriage record for her in that county.
There is a death record in Santa Rosa for a Cynthia Ann Cockrill on Dec. 1, 1914 which appears in Sonoma County Deaths, Book 23 Page 86, which may not be the same person as Cynthia Winchell, though it is not clear who this individual might be.
