  Cyprian died as a young man on 6 July 1733 in King George County, Virginia. He married a lady named Susannah probably about 1730. They had a son named Cyprian Anderson who became an orphan under the care of Thomas Turner Gentleman of Virginia.
Susannah wife of Cyprian Anderson married a Mr. Roach after the death of Cyprian in 1733. In Court Order Book 2 page 431 dated 1 Feb 1744/5 Administration on the estate of Cyprian Anderson granted. To his widow Susannah Anderson and his estate ordered to be appraised. This was returned to court 5 Apr 1745. In Court Order Book #3, p 879, the dower of Susannah Roach in the lands of her former husband Seprean (Cyprian) Anderson, deceased, is ordered to be laid out p. 883. There are further recordings in Orphan's Account Book 1740-1761, page 21. Susannah Anderson, widow and Administratrix of Cyprian Anderson, deceased, gave bond in the sum of L100 with Edward Hoyle, her security, on 1 February 1744/5 for true administration on her deceased husband's estate.

"Know all men. I Thomas TURNER and John CHAMPE. Are bound unto Justices. In sum fifty pounds sterling 6 July 1733. Condition. If above bound Thomas TURNER guardian of Cyprian ANDERSON shall pay unto the said orphan all estate as soon as orphan shall attain lawful age, this obligation be void or in full force.
