Vernon Cockrill is listed living with the family in the 1900 Census.
Nora was buried as Nora Carroll (next to a B. O. Carroll 1882-1942). There is no record of their marriage in Sonoma County.
Mrs. Nora Carroll, residing at 1215 Roosevelt Ave., Richmond, in 1922 according to Amanda Fulkerson's will. Listed as Mrs. B. O. Carroll in Amanda's obituary in the Press Democrat .
The 1920 Richmond City Directory shows a Catherine and Henry C. sic Leggett living at the same address as an Elmer N. Leggett who is a clerk at 101 9th. Is Nora's middle name Catherine?
In the 1922 Richmond City Directory , an Osborn and Nora Carroll is listed living at the same address as Elmer N. Leggett, 1215 Roosevelt Ave. Elmer is still a clerk and Osborn is a driver.
The 1923 Richmond City Directory lists Osborn with a Nora C. at the same address as before. His occupation is a barber now. Elmer N. is listed with a Victoria as 1324 Jarrett Ave. He is still a clerk.
