Cornelia Trosper's diary entry from May 18, 1882 (transcription from Gary Rodgers):

We received a telegram from Frank. Dear Annie is very sick & we must go to her at once. I fear the worst. When we got there we found her a corpse. My poor child is gone to her eternal home in heaven. Oh how can I live without her.

There is also a listing in the Sonoma County Marriages 1847-1902, for a F. O. SCHUMAN marrying a Mary JACKSON on 11 Dec 1895 in Petaluma, by J. M. Green recorded in Book O Page 78.
